Ethical fashion brand ‘studio one eighty nine’ announcess sip n’ shop flash sale weekend

The luxury artisanal label ‘Studio One Eighty Nine’ is opening the doors to their Osu Shop in Accra this weekend for a Sip n’ Shop Flash Sale event, offering huge and exclusive discounts of 50% off to The Osu Shop customers, with prices as low as 50 GHS!
Founded by Rosario Dawson and Abrima Erwiah, with the first collection launching on February 14th 2013 in honour of One Billion Rising, the social enterprise provides a platform to help promote and curate African and African-inspired content, focusing on empowerment, creating jobs and supporting education and skills training. The brand supports artisan communities throughout West Africa including those in Mali, Burkina Faso and Ghana.

The Sip n’ Shop Flash Sale event will launch on Friday 23rd June 2017 from 4pm-9pm and run through
to Saturday 24th June 2017 from 3pm-8pm. Ranging from high fashion couture to competitively priced
clothing and accessories, everyone will feel at home in this budding fashion hub. The selection will include modern fashion, home items and gifts created from luxurious materials including organic
cotton, Italian silk and vegan leather, hand in hand with traditional techniques from hand batiking and
bògòlanfini to natural indigo dying, guaranteeing that no item will ever be completely the same but
instead, an individual piece of art for each customer.

The nature inspired interior decoration, and outdoor seating area allows for both customers and
browsers to take a moment from their day to sit amidst nature and flourishing creativity, to shop, enjoy
cocktails, good music and to catch up with friends.
We would love for you to join us, and support our mission of using fashion as an agent for social change.
